Christina and Tarek from the show, would purchase homes - typically houses belonging to the middle-class homes in Orange County - and spend many months reworking them in order to make them sell for a higher price. Tarek concentrates on remodeling and demolishment, while Christina is responsible for design. They make sure everything stays in order.
